The ice is thick, the fish are biting, and the only thing you need to worry about is making sure your beer stays cold and your belly stays full. From February 7-9, Sweet Mercy Kitchen & Hermit Woods Winery are bringing the kind of weekend you’ve been waiting for – one with plenty of food, drinks, and good ol’ fashioned relaxation. Just like your favorite fishing hole, only this time, there’s no need to deal with that damn ice auger.
Friday & Saturday: Fill up with local sausage buns and chorizo chili made with the finest sausage from Birch Rise Farm. You’ll need the fuel to keep your fishing rod steady and your patience long.
Saturday: Ready to add a little twist to the day? Join us for our Mead Tasting at the bar. Nothing like a good drink to keep you from thinking about that pesky fish that got away.
And don’t you worry – we’ve got beer to make sure your mood stays as cool as a river trout.
Sunday: Before you head home to clean the gear, stop by for our Brunch on Record and get one last good bite in before the drive back. You’ll need it for those long, lonely nights of telling the same fishing stories over and over.
Come for the food. Stay for the drinks. Leave with a full belly and a smile that only comes after a weekend well spent.
February 7-9. It’s gonna be one hell of a catch.
