Calling all maple lovers! Maple weekend is back for 2025. 

Discover the fascinating history of maple sugaring with a hands-on maple experience atThe Rocks Estate, a 1400 acre scenic conservation property located a short drive through the beautiful Franconia Notch. You’ll learn maple sugaring techniques, how to identify and tap a maple tree, enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the beautiful estate, and speak with a fourth-generation sugar maker. Once finished, you can explore their NH Maple Museum, and finish your experience with fresh maple syrup and apple cider doughnuts.

Back at the resort, we’ll have maple-themed breakfast and dinner specials, Kid’s Club with fun maple activities, and more! Spend a fun, maple-filled weekend at Indian Head Resort.

Book Your NH Maple Experience: 

  • Once you make your reservation with us, please call 603-333-6163 to book your tour on Saturday, March 15th, and be sure to note the number of kids under 5 years old in your party. ​

  • Tours take place at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, and 2 PM and last approximately two (2) hours​.

  • Important Note: The Rocks Maple Experience is NOT offered on Friday, March 14th or Sunday, March 16th. The tickets included in this package are for Saturday, March 15th only.
