Our Universe Unplugged workshop series will be sure to engage, inspire, and strengthen your understanding of the universe around us! These workshops are geared toward ages 9-14 years old, but all are welcome!
Participation in this program is included with general admission tickets, and pre-registration is required.
Please note:
Universe Unplugged Workshops will meet in at 11am and will run for 60-75 minutes on Saturday, October 19, November 23, and December 14.
While workshops are in session, at least one adult must accompany their child/children for the duration of the program.

How far away is the moon? How much bigger is Jupiter compared to the Earth? In this workshop, we will explore the sizes and distances in our Solar system using scale models. Participants will construct an inner planets “planet stack” to take home, and build a large-scale planet walk through our solar system.
