LACONIA AGENTS EARN MULTIPLE TOP REAL ESTATE AWARDS

LACONIA, NH—(March 4, 2008) – Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, was honored to present several sales associates from the Laconia office, with multiple awards during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 2008 Awards Celebration at the Westin Waterfront hotel in Boston, MA.

Susan Bradley achieved Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International President’s Premier award status, which places her within the top one percent of sales associates worldwide. In the state of New Hampshire, Bradley ranked first in listing volume and third in listing units receiving both the Top Listing Volume and Top Listing Unit awards. Additionally she ranked first in sales units and second in sales volume receiving the Top Sales Per Unit, and the Top Sales Per Volume awards.

Judy McShane and Ernie Millette each received the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International President’s Circle award, which places each within the top seven percent of sales associates worldwide. In the state of New Hampshire, McShane ranked fourth in both listing categories receiving the Top Listing Units and Top Listing Volume awards.

Additionally, Millette was honored with the Pacesetter award for his listing and selling excellence in 2007. The Pacesetter is one the most prestigious awards that a sales associate can receive. In the state of New Hampshire, he ranked first in listing and sales units, receiving the Top Listing Per Unit, and Top Sales Per Unit awards. Millette was also recognized as the sales associate who sold the most dollar volume of new construction listings in 2007 in the entire Northern region, which includes both Maine and New Hampshire.

Nancy Desrosiers earned Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s International Diamond Society award, which places her within the top 13 percent of sales associates worldwide. In the state of New Hampshire, she ranked second in listing units, receiving the Top Listing Per Unit award.

The 2007 Sterling Society award was presented to Debbie Cotton, Bob Gunter, and Agi Vollkommer. Sterling Society places members in the top 11% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. These agents have proven they will “go the extra mile” in an effort to excel, for every client’s success, under all market conditions.

Teri Wardner was the proud recipient of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s New Associate Top Producer award. Wardner received this award for achieving an outstanding number of listings taken and units sold for a new associate in 2007.
