LACONIA OFFICE NAMED OFFICE OF THE YEAR

LACONIA, NH—(March 2008) – Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, was honored to present the Laconia office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with the Office of the Year award. Office Manager, Mike Keeler accepted the award on behalf of the entire Laconia team during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 2008 Awards Celebration at Waterfront Westin hotel in Boston, MA.

The Office of the Year award recognizes excellent performance and exceptional listing and sales achievement for 2007.
